No Returns
At Glossy Vision, we do not accept returns. All sales are considered final once an order has been shipped.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or free replacements are only offered in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product, size, or color
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or the shipping carrier
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Glossy Vision does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be paid in full at checkout using the available online payment methods.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
